The Sacred YES: Embracing Endings and Beginnings Under the Full Moon Eclipse

This Friday, March 14, the cosmos offers us a powerful invitation: a Full Moon Eclipse that holds the energy of completion, release, and radical transformation.

If you’ve been feeling the nudge to let go of something—or everything!—you’re not alone. Eclipse energy amplifies the natural power of the Full Moon, opening portals for deep endings and new beginnings. It’s a cosmic spotlight illuminating what is complete in your life, and what is ready to emerge.

As I was journaling this week, these words flowed through:
✨ “Say YES to both endings and beginnings.”

And it struck me…
We are often quick to say YES to what’s new and exciting. But what about the endings? Do we offer them the same sacred YES?
The YES that says: I honor what has been. I trust what is leaving. I welcome the space being made for something new to be born.

In my current coaching cohort, The Elements of Success, we’ve been working with the Metal element—the energy of refinement, release, and clarity. The wisdom of Metal teaches us how to let go of what no longer serves us so we can step into our next level with lightness and purpose. This Full Moon Eclipse brings that lesson front and center for all of us.

🐾 Our Animals Feel It Too...

Our animal companions are often even more sensitive to these energetic shifts than we are.

You may notice:
🐾 Restlessness
🐾 Clinginess
🐾 Changes in behavior
🐾 A deepening desire for connection—or space

Be gentle with them. Offer grounding, calm, and stillness. They are moving through this portal right alongside us, holding space in ways they instinctively know how.

🌕 Full Moon Eclipse Ritual: Your Sacred YES

1. Find a quiet space under the moonlight (or by candlelight).
2. Reflect on what is complete in your life.
3. Write it down: “I am ready to release ______.”
4. Speak it aloud: “I say YES to letting go.”
5. Burn it, bury it, or tear it up with love.
6. Place your hands over your heart and say this affirmation:
   ✨ “I trust the unfolding. I honor what is complete. I say YES to letting go, and YES to what is becoming”
